Safeguarding at Castle Primary School
Castle Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We expect all staff and visitors to share this commitment to follow effective safeguarding procedures to support our families and children. All concerns are passed to trained Designated Child Protection Officers in school in compliance with the sharing of information guidance.
The Designated Safeguarding Lead for Child Protection is Miss Jill Mason. She is supported by the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads; Mrs Hannah Bours and Mrs Jo Jones, as well as the Nominated Governor for Safeguarding and Child Protection, Jessica Jardine.
If you have any serious concerns about your child or any other pupil at Castle Primary School, please do not hesitate to contact one of our Designated Officers in school who will know who to contact for the best advice and help and are experienced in using the appropriate degree of confidentiality.
